Everything you need to know

Please read the policies below before booking any services. We truly appreciate  all of our clients and want to make sure our time and space is being used tot he best of its ability. 



When booking a service a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is a retainer for your appointment day and time. The deposit goes towards your total service. If you must cancel for any reason this deposit is non-refundable. If the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit can still be used for a future session. 


We understand that life happens and things come up. However, we ask for a 24hr notice for cancelling an appointment so that we are able to fill the spot. If an appointment is cancelled without rescheduling customer will have to pay a new deposit when booking again. 


If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be asked to reschedule. We do our best to accommodate our clients but we want to use our time and your time wisely. We do not want to waste your time so please do not waste ours. Being late sets back our schedules and can affect our clients.
